Manufacturers Warranty:
Products not manufactured by ADA Worklink, but sold by ADA Worklink, are covered by
Manufacturer's Warranty ONLY, and must be returned postpaid to the Manufacturer for
Warranty Service.
Be sure to send in your warranty registration cards to activate your
manufacturer's warranty. Failure to do so may limit your warranty to the date of
manufacture instead of the actual date of your purchase
In-house One-year Limited Warranty:
ADA Worklink warrants the
products it manufactures in-house against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
original purchase. ADA WorkLink agrees to repair, or at its sole option, to replace any
defective part without charge for either parts or labor. This warranty applies only
to the original retail purchaser.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from fire, flood, accident, misuse,
abuse, vandalism, improper operation or handling. This warranty is voided if any
unauthorized person alters or repairs the unit.
Implied warranties:
Implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and of fitness
for a particular purpose, provided by law, are hereby limited in duration to the duration
of the warranty. In no event shall ADA WorkLink be responsible for any special
incidental or consequential damages.
Procedure:
If a failure occurs to ADA WorkLink manufactured items, and your unit is in warranty,
you must contact us by phone prior to returning the item. If service
is needed, it shall be provided by your
returning the unit with shipping prepaid to ADA WorkLink, together with a proof of purchase.
Technical Support:
Technical Support is provided between hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday
through Friday.
Extended warranty:
Extended warranties and service contracts are available for most items
manufactured or sold by ADA WorkLink. Please inquire for pricing and availability
