Safe Computing & ADA Worklink provide what the company believes are the best
ergonomic products, based on product design, features, user experiences and
value. However, because of the complex set of factors believed to contribute
to computer-related strain injuries, the company can make no warranty that
its products will prevent or cure any physical ailment. Instead we offer a 7
day trial with your credit card as a security deposit. If not fully
satisfied, you will not be charged for the product purchased, only the
shipping costs will apply.(Product must be returned in a sellable
condition.).
Software Return Policy:
We cannot accept the return or exchange of any software that has been openend and/or that has the factory seal broken.
Software that is in the original packaging and has not been openend can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, providing that it is a normally stocked item and is accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Special Orders are not returnable.
Eligable returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25%.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited.
Hardware and Merchandise Return Policy:
Product that is in the original packaging and in like-new/saleable condition may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, providing that it is a normally stocked item and is accompanied by the original sales receipt. All Product, packaging, manuals, warranty cards, cords, adapters, disks, etc. must be included when returned. You will be invoiced for missing items at standard price.
Special Orders are not returnable.

Trial period note: a select few of our manufacturers ( e.g. Kinesis ) offer us extended trial periods on selected products. For these products we will extend your return period( e.g. Kinesis keyboard return period will be extended 30 days ), and gladly give credit/refund for products returned in perfect condition during the agreed trial period.
In most cases the product must be returned by us to the respective manufacturer for their inspection before we receive credit/refund for the product. Once we receive 100% product credit/refund from the respective manufacturer, then you will receive 100% product credit/refund. If we are backcharged for damage, then you will be credited/refunded the pro-rated amount of your purchase. To qualify for the trial-period-return credit/refund you must return the product, packaging, manuals, warranty cards, cords, adapters, disks, etc. in like new condition. Missing or damaged items will be deducted from the credit/refund at standard price. Remember shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, if you use a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee to cover our credit processing fees.
Defective Products:
Warranty is by manufacturer warranty only. We make no warranty either expressed of implied for products manufactured by others. Defective products should be exchanged with manufacturer directly during the manufacturer's warranty period. We will try to help you with defective products for warranty exchange/return/replacement.
