Payment Terms:
We accept personal and company checks, cash, cashiers checks, money orders, ATM cards with Visa or MasterCard logo, and all major credit cards: Discover, Novus, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept company and institutional Purchase Orders.

Shipping:
We strive to ship out the same day the order is placed.  Please ask for a shipping quote when you place your order. Products listed on our On-Line Store are shipped free of charge to the 48 contiguous states of the USA by the ground service of UPS or the Postal Service. Special handling such as Next Day, 3-Day Select, Priority, etc. are not included in this free offer. 

Sales Tax:
All California purchases include sales tax. Tax rate varies by County.

Out-of-California, International, and other exempt purchasers pay no sales tax.

International Orders:
Please submit your order by email: sales@worklink.net, mail, or by FAX: 925-932-1815.

Be sure to include the item you wish to order, the item cost, your name and/or company name, your address, your email address, valid Credit Card information, and shipping information.  We cannot ship to a post office box.

For International orders we can only ship to the same address as the billing address.

International shipping costs us extra money and we pass ALL the extra costs onto you.  We fill out all customs forms & related documents, but  we do NOT include any charges for taxes, duty, brokerage, and/or fees imposed by any agencies and/or any other 3rd parties. You must pay all extra fees and expenses beyond our standard domestic shipping costs.
